At Gold’s we offer our members the opportunity to train 24 hours a day 365 days a year. AND should you need to pop the kids in the Kids Club we have that for you too. Our infrared sauna is voted THE WORLDS MOST COMFORTABLE SAUNA, and is run as a seperate business meaning you do not need to be a fitness member to enjoy the benefits of the infrared sauna
